I am Don Sheffler, a professional photographer and also a Photography Teacher at Mt Carmel High School in San Diego's North County.  I was born in the L.A. area but grew up right here in the Poway/RB/Penasquitos area.

I currently have two kids all grown up and adulting, and one in her second year of college, sort of part-time adulting.

I did a lot of stuff for decades before taking up photography as a profession.  I photographed sports for years including skateboarding for magazines and commercial work.  The past 5 years I have focused more on High School Seniors, Dance, and other Sports and Performance photography.
